Our Story

Our veal is raised by Midwest family farmers who have a passion for quality and a commitment to raising calves the right way. The veal industry evolved by utilizing two primary by-products of the dairy industry — bull calves and whey. We purchase Holstein bull calves from local dairies and partner with regional cheese manufacturers to utilize whey in our veal feed. Our family farm partners are endorsed by animal welfare groups as well as the American Veal Association making our veal not only delicious, but something you can feel good about.
