Veal Sheet Pan Nachos
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add ground veal and garlic – cook until veal has browned (about 3-5 minutes). Stir in taco seasoning and allow to simmer for a minute. Drain excess fat.
Place tortilla chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet covered in aluminum foil.
Top with ground veal mixture, corn and cheese.
Place into oven and bake until heated through and the cheeses have melted (about 5-6 minute).
Prep your toppings as the cheese melts.
Remove sheet from oven and top with prepared tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, avocado, cilantro and Greek yogurt
