Supreme Sauce
Ingredients
6 Tbs heavy whipping cream
1 fresh bay leaf
8 oz Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction
Salt and pepper, to taste
METHOD
- Heat heavy whipping cream and bay leaf in a saucepan; reduce by 50%.
- Stir in Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
