Rosemary Creme Sauce
Serves Approximately 8 oz
Ingredients
1/4 cup white wine
1 tsp chopped rosemary
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
4 oz Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction
Salt and pepper, to taste
METHOD
- Heat wine, rosemary and garlic in a saucepan; reduce by 75%.
- Stir in heavy whipping cream and reduce by 50%.
- Stir in Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
