Pomegranate Gastrique Recipe
Serves Approximately 8 oz
Ingredients
8 oz Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction
1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
2 Tbs plum jam
Salt and pepper, to taste
METHOD
- In a sauce pan, bring Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction to a boil.
- Stir in pomegranate molasses and plum jam until blended and smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
