Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

2 Tbs crunchy peanut butter
2 Tbs unsweetened coconut milk
2 Tbs pineapple juice
1 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs rice vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
4 oz Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction
Salt and pepper, to taste

METHOD
  1. Heat peanut butter, coconut milk, pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction; simmer for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
