Coconut Green Curry Sauce
Serves Approximately 8 oz
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
8 oz Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction
1 stalk chopped fresh lemon grass
1 Tbs minced fresh ginger
1 Tbs curry powder
1 Tbs curry paste
METHOD
- Heat coconut milk, Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Reduction Sauce, lemon grass and ginger in a saucepan. Reduce by 50%.
- Stir in curry powder and curry paste; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain.
